"PSK" connects the company to the elemental forces of nature—Prithvi (Earth), Pani (Water), Pavak (Fire), Pawan (Air), and Akash (Space)—suggesting a holistic approach and a commitment to sustainability. The inclusion of "K" for Karma emphasizes ethical responsibility and positive contributions. Design New and Retrofit Fluid Control System, Gas Seal System. Mechnical Design, E&I, Process flow design etc.
Review of technical specifications & Preparation of Technical offer with CED (Comments, Exception & Deviation).
Design and Selection of Piping, Filters, Heater, Pressure Vessel and Instrumentation which are used for controlling and monitoring Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level etc.
Utilize Engineering Software for Design from Client / Inhouse based on engagement type and duration (We have capability to use Aspen Process Simulation, Solid Edge, AutoCAD etc. based on customer requirement).
Preparation of deliverables including P&ID, Instrument & Equipment datasheet, Control Narrative, Wiring Diagram, Instrument Hook-up, Logic Diagram, Cause & Effect Diagram, I/O List, IOM, QAP/ITP, FAT/SAT Procedures.
GA Drawing, Fabrication Drawing, Weld map, Name/Tag Plate Drawing, ASME U-Stamp Drawing with calculation.
Working with applicable codes API692 & API 617, ANSI, ASME16.5, 31.3, B16.10, B16.9, B16.11 etc.
Development of Engineering Tools and Templates based on customer requirement.
Site Survey and Feasibility Report before order or Site inspection or site commission support.
Resource Hiring, Skill Matrix & Gap assessment, Training & Development, Staffing for onsite support at customer site.

B. Project Management

Project Planning, Execution including support for Engineering, Procurement (Technical Alignment), Inspection, Testing & Documentation.
New Vendor Technical Development & Management.

C. Business Process Excellence: Lean Six Sigma & Continous Improvement

Lean Six Sigma Implementation & Training (Kaizen, Yellow to Black Belt).
